Take Action

Small actions create meaningful change.

This film exists because one family chose to find joy in the middle of an impossible situation. Now it’s your turn. Whether you host a screening, share your story, or simply show up for a caregiver in your life, every action you take helps build a world where caregiving is seen, supported, and celebrated.

Host a Screening or Workshop

Finding Your Laughter is available for community, clinical, and organizational screenings. We anticipate beginning to fulfill screening requests in Fall 2026 and are currently building our screening calendar.

Screenings are a powerful opportunity to open a conversation in your community about caregiving, humor, and mental health. Whether you’re a caregiver advocacy organization, a healthcare provider, a faith community, or a university, we’d love to bring the film to your audience.

“Yes, And” a Caregiver

One of the first principles of improv is “yes, and”: accept what’s offered and build on it. You can apply that spirit to the caregivers in your life right now.
